This is a very groovy place. Large studio has a huge mural painted on one wall. Great parking in the back - and below - and on side street. Bathrooms OK. Lots of candles & rocks and crystals inside the studio and in the shop - cool! Studio is opposite a Thai place. Props - ok. This is primarily a vinyasa-flow-power type place and is popular. Regular Kirtan Events. Qi Gong is offered. Harmony supports the yoga community. Great vibe.
Pros:Very groovy place-it feels great. Great parking. Enthusiastic Flow style, lots of modern music. Supports and encourages local yoga community building
Cons:Its hard to think of anything bad about this place. I wish they would offer more classes and workshops, but that's just me.
