Yoga Works in my view has been quite successful in taking the spirituality out of yoga. I took one vinayasa class at this location. The instructor reminded me of my high school drill master. She was timing us on Surya Namaskars! The whole class seemed very mechanical. There was too much emphasis on completing the asana and less on beign in the moment and becoming aware of our mind and body
Pros:
Cons:1. Very difficult to find parking. I paid 3 bucks for parking at a nearby restaurant
2. Too many people in one class
3. My experience here was very unyogic!
